Transcript sharing Option 1



1.  Login to Dialpad

  • Using a personal or shared login


2. Open conversation history

  • Select the icon that resembles to a clock with a backwards arrow 

3. Proceed to find the conversation with the AI symbol 

  • Once you have located the desired call, proceed to click on the AI symbol to view summary



4. Download or share

  • On the top right, click the icon to download conversation


  • It will export a CSV file that can be saved or email.








1. Select transcript

  • Hover over the mouse from the beginning of the conversation.

  • Click on"Share this transcript


2. Summary call to share

  • Enter "START" and "STOP" in minutes. Make sure to enter the full length or partial as desired.
  • Under the section "Who has access" select Ascension Recovery Services only for internal or Anyone with a link for external users.



  • Create link and paste the link on an email or teams message for the user to access the transcript.
