Hi Sheena Howard,

This is a great question, for voice calls: you'll need to pair/sync a bluetooth headset, earbud or ear pod with you laptop for Dialpad. Depending on the bluetooth headset you want to use, you can pair it as follow:

Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices > Add device > Bluetooth > Show all devices.

Make sure the bluetooth device is fully charge, power on and in pairing mode.
